Staff is incredibly helpful and responsive!
The view to the city is favorable, the room is well decorated and well-appointed. You will find a toaster and a couch. The location is perfect and exceptionally nice, 3 km from Safa and Marwa Holy Mountains. Btw, it's set in the very nice area.

My mum and I stayed at Ivy Boutique Hotel for 4 nights. Overall we were very impressed by the level of service and the facilities of the hotel. The hotel itself had only been opened 1 week and is brand new which added some sparkle. We were able to upgrade our room on check in for a modest charge and we receieved a suite with lots of room which was very comfortable. Our room was very clean and taken care of. We loved the boutique non chain nature of this hotel which made it very special. I would recommend this hotel to others - great value for money.
There were a few snagging issues which I put down to the hotel being new such as our room wasnt serviced every day and there was no operating safe in the room so we had to put our valuables in the hotels safe. Im hopeful that once the hotel is up and running these small issues will be addressed.

great room with a lovely view
The receptionist. Our room was spacious with a lovely view of the street, with a separate living area that was perfect for our family.
The rooftop bar lacked a variety of alcohol-free drink options.

Its location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from London Guarantee Building was best possible. It took us 20 minutes to drive to this perfect accommodation from the airport. Caring and pleasant staff, offered us wake up service and ironing.

It's a new hotel so it's extraordinarily current clean and well appointed. Incredible location near the Magnificent Mile. Very near a large number of wonderful small ethnic restaurants, to which the hotels knowledgeable staff directed us. There are too many good things about this new hotel to list. The bathroom was almost too inviting!
It's a new hotel so there are some bugs that need to be worked out. I could never get wifi on any device I brought. There is an Ethernet connection in the room, which I did not use. The tv went on and off intermittently for mysterious reasons. The mirror in the bathroom was too dark and the built in tv/radio in that mirror did not work. Our high tech lights went on at a touch, but did not go off as they were supposed to. Even these negatives would not, however, keep me from going back! I'm assuming they will be corrected

I enjoyed the spacious King Suite with great decor and a fantastic soaking tub, making the stay quite comfortable. However, the Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent, and there were issues with the TV functionality that detracted from the overall experience. It is a cozy place for a short stay, with good access to local dining options.

Would recommend for short visits
Gorgeous hotel, spacious room, especially with the waterfall shower and the lovely rooftop cocktail bar where I enjoyed a refreshing drink while taking in the views. Free wi-fi in rooms makes it convenient for planning my day, and the location is just 0.5 km from the nearest station for easy access.
